Refunds are not accepted after the order has shipped. If you place your order or shipping information incorrectly please contact me before the shop closes, otherwise your order will ship as instructed and you will not be refunded. If you received the wrong item on your order please contact me for a replacement to be shipped.
I the shop owner am not liable for damage incurred to order while shipped. Your packages will be insured for maximum 100 USD in the scenario they are severely damaged, lost and not recoverable. Please contact the shipper for reimbursement.
There may not be replacement products available for your order if it gets lost in shipping due to low stock of certain items. You may contact me for information on stock and restock dates of items that were lost by the shipper.
